Georgia on my mind

Book are usually a hit or miss on my Goodwill trips, but I found this great 1977 publication of amazing photos from all over the state.

St. Patrick's Day 2013

It's no secret that St. Patrick's Day is a bit of a big deal here in Savannah. This year the green blazer stayed in the closet & I donned a Savannah Morning News Spotted shirt, shot some video & took over 600 photos from our float!

Mayor Edna Jackson & the Budweiser Clyldesdales stopped by the SMN float.

Spotted our photographer Rich Burkhart hard at work on Broad Street.

Green streets

And I started the morning (quickly!) catching a bit of excitement- runaway horse!
Blink & you'll miss him.

Rock the Sidewalk

Express picked Savannah to showcase their 2012 holiday line with the Express Rock the Sidewalk show Friday night. The beautiful Mercer-Williams house and the historic live oaks made for a great backdrop (minus the boom truck). The photos above are from the run through, but you can see all the ones I took for work here. I had a killer spot!

SCAD Fashion 2012

Thanks to my new job I had the chance to go to the SCAD Fashion Show again this year. I finally have some material (and time!) to post.

A little in love with this. I didn't get too many personal pictures because I was busy snapping away for work. You can view those pictures here
