The Bird & The Bee...

We play a great cover of Hall & Oates "Kiss On My List" at work and last night I discovered The Bird & The Bee. They're an indie duo from Los Angeles who recently did a tribute album to Hall & Oates. Their cover of "Rich Girl" makes me smile. Enjoy :)

Ebay Virgin

I'm no stranger to buying on Ebay, but I've never listed anything for sale until now. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was. I listed a pair of boots and my gorgeous Regency necklace & earring set. It hurts my heart a little to sell it because it's so beautiful, but I'll never wear it. Happy bidding :)

Oh hey Summer...

I found this picture that I took at home last Summer. My grandfather puts his dirty coveralls in the garden to keep the deer out. He's one of my favorite people & it makes me miss home just a little...

A moment of silence...

Taking some inspiration from The Sartorialist I decided to post some vintage family photos. And to pay respect... while cleaning today I broke my grandmother's vintage peacock wall pocket (it was a beautiful faded green color). I was crushed.... More photos to come.
